Our Team

Cesmic Group Limited was founded by Geoff in 2001. Geoff had spent the first 16 years of his chosen career specializing in planning, installation and maintenance of critical data centre infrastructure. Geoff is a professional engineer as well as a licensed master electrician. In addition to managing the day to day operations of Cesmic, Geoff is also responsible for the overall business development of Cesmic. Geoff strives to provide practical and proven solutions to complex IT infrastructure challenges and issues. Geoff’s mission is to ensure that the Cesmic team is the trusted technical advisor that our valued clients can rely on for technical and strategic expertise.

Gina joined the Cesmic team in 2006. Gina brings a wealth of experience in providing an unsurpassed customer service experience after previously owning and operating a large residential HVAC service business for a large national organization. Gina manages the office administration as well as the scheduling and renewals of maintenance contracts and service activities for Cesmic clients in Ontario. Gina’s wealth of client information combined with her experience is a valued resource that our clients depend on. Gina brings a customer first mentality to all her Cesmic business activities ensuring that our clients are always our priority.

Matt joined the Cesmic team in 2007. Matt previously spent over 7 years with APC (American Power Conversion) primarily as systems engineer where he was responsible for creating power and cooling solutions/configurations for server room and data centre clients. Prior to his tenure with APC, Matt acquired a vast amount of practical experience with complex electrical and control systems in industrial environments. Matt’s background is electrical engineering and he is also a certified electrician as well. Matt is responsible for creating power, cooling services and DCIM configurations for Cesmic clients. Matt is also involved in managing the successful implementation of these solutions at client sites. Matt utilizes his knowledge and experience to provide Cesmic clients with comprehensive DCIM solutions.

Terry joined the Cesmic team in 2007. Terry has been a licensed electrician since 1991. Prior to joining Cesmic, Terry co-owned and co-operated an electrical contracting business that specialized in data centre and industrial clients. Terry has acquired an unsurpassed depth of integrated electrical and mechanical knowledge that is very relevant to today’s modern data centre environments. Terry is responsible for managing the on-site and day to day maintenance contract fulfillments and service activities for Cesmic clients in Ontario. Terry is also responsible for managing the successful implementation of power and cooling services configurations at client sites. Terry’s practical technical knowledge is certainly value resource for Cesmic clients who rely on his forthright manner.

Frank joined the Cesmic team in 2007. Frank has been a licensed electrician since 1996. Prior to joining Cesmic, Frank co-owned and co-operated an electrical contracting business that specialized in data center and industrial clients. Frank performs most of our on-site electrical work and is also responsible for supervising the on-site and day to day maintenance contract fulfillments and service activities for Cesmic clients in Ontario. Frank is also involved in managing the successful implementation of power and cooling services configurations at client sites. Frank’s ability to deal seamlessly with on-site technical issues and challenges is appreciated by Cesmic clients who value his guidance and direction.

Tabitha joined the Cesmic team in 2013 when Cesmic opened our Quebec office. Prior to joining Cesmic, Tabitha was employed as customer service representative with one of the major banks. Tabitha manages the scheduling and renewals of maintenance contracts and service activities for Cesmic clients in Quebec. Tabitha is a wealth of client information and combined with her experience is a valued resource that our clients depend on. Tabitha brings a customer first mentality to all her Cesmic business activities ensuring that our clients are always our priority. Tabitha’s client interactions always ensure that the client is receiving the respect and attention that they deserve.
